Order delivery in Turkey

Order delivery in Turkey is carried out by Derimarket side. But if customer wants his goods to be delivered by any other cargo company instead of Aras Kargo, in this case shipment fee will be paid by him.

Worldwide shipment

Order delivery for customers from other countries all over the world is provided by PTS cargo company. After saving your address information you will see cost of delivery according to chosen country.

 

1. When will my ordered goods be sent?

Order which were completed before 16:00 according to Istanbul time are sent on the same day. Completed after this time orders are sent next working day.

 

2. When will I get my order?

Delivery time depends on selected cargo company and your location. As a default, ordered from Derimarket.net online-store goods are sent by Aras Kargo company. Order number needed to control delivery status is also being sent to the customer via SMS and e-mail. As usual, it is required from 1 to 3 days to deliver an order.

 

3. What is the price of goods delivery?

As usual, order delivery from Derimarket online store is free. But if customer wants his goods to be delivered by any other cargo company instead of Aras Kargo, in this case shipment fee will be paid by him. Cost of delivery depends on the selected cargo, its volume and weight, destination and selected cargo company.

In case of first exchange, shipment fee is paid by Derimarket online store. In other cases, cost of delivery for exchanged goods are paid by the customer. In case of return, shipment fee is paid by Derimarket online store.

 

4. Where is my cargo?

Order number needed to control delivery status is being sent to the customer via SMS and e-mail.

After logging in, click on your username in the upper right corner of the main page. In “My orders” section you can check the information about your current orders. After your order confirming and acceptance you can click “Where is my cargo” button on the main page of the website or call to Aras Kargo customer support +90 212 444 25 52.

 

5. How will I understand that my order has been given to cargo company?

After giving an order to cargo company customer will receive his order number via SMS and e-mail. After logging in, click on your username in the upper right corner of the main page. In “My orders” section you can check the information about your current orders and find out their status.

 

6. Do you deliver goods to my address of stay?

Aras Kargo company makes delivery to each address in Turkey. To get information about opportunity of delivery to your address, you can contact Aras Kargo customer support +90 212 444 25 52.

If it is impossible to make a delivery to your address, you can receive your order from the nearest Aras Kargo department.

 

7. What is the order number?

Order number is needed to give you an opportunity to control the delivery status of ordered goods.

 

8. Can I make an order from any part of the world?

Derimarket.net online store delivers orders worldwide. Delivery period and pricing depend on your location. After saving your address information you will see cost of delivery according to chosen country.

 

9. Which cargo company do you work with?

We have a partnership with Aras Kargo company.

 

10. What should I pay attention to when I receive goods?

When receiving a shipment, do not open, tear or wet the package, checking its condition for damage. If there is a problem, do not accept the delivery. In this case tell about the problem to Derimarket.net customer support +90 850 532 33 74 and ask them to fix damages.

If there are missing quantity of goods in your package:

1). Contact cargo company and ask them to fill in a damage assessment protocol.

2). Send us a notification via e-mail [email protected].

 

11. What happens, if I will not find my order at the address of delivery?

If you will not find your order at the address of delivery, in this case it will be delivered to the nearest cargo company department and you will receive a notification. You have 3 days to take your package from the department. Otherwise, it will be returned back to Derimarket.

 

12. Can I take my order from a cargo company department?

You can notify with your order number that you want to take your package from a cargo company department.

 

13. Can ordered in different time goods be delivered as one consignment?

Each order is treated as separate cargo. There is little doubt that completed in different time order will not be sent as one consignment. If you select pay at the door as a preferable payment method, two orders can be sent as one consignment just in case of your previous order haven’t been delivered till the end of a billing terms.

 

14. Can I take my ordered goods from Derimarket shop?

Ordered from Derimarket.net online store goods can be taken from our Pegia Plaza shop. To do this you have to select a “Take from a shop” delivery option during ordering.
