Return, cancellation and exchange

1. How does the return procedure work?

All goods which are sold in Derimarket.net online-store can be returned or exchanged within 14 days without any reason. In this case, be sure your return also includes invoice, stock box, package, brochures and labels without any damages.

If return or exchange is required, it is needed to fill in a blank which is sent to every customer with invoice. Goods return will be provided by Aras Kargo free of charge, if customer will fully fill in the return or exchange form and also send back a package with goods and accessories (if there are any).

As soon as we receive your return, there will be sent a SMS-notification to your phone number. You will be paid within 15 working days after the day we’ll get your return. In addition to that, if you are not satisfied with the quality of a product which was used according to normal conditions of use and you are sure the problem is in its manufacturing defect, we will do everything possible to comply your request on repair or exchange within 3 days.

When we will receive your order back, its value will be sent you back according to the payment method you made: by the bank transfer of credit card. Money return procedure usually takes up to 15 days.

Exchange procedure will start when we’ll get your order back. Selected by the customer product is sent him within 3 days for free.

First return or exchange goods delivery fee is paid by Derimarket.net side. In other cases, customer pays for return or exchange goods delivery. Free return or exchange is possible only in cases of selecting Aras Kargo as a cargo company.

14. I cancelled my order. Can I get back cargo delivery fee?

All goods which are sold in Derimarket.net online-store are delivered at our expense. That’s why cargo delivery fee cannot be paid back to a customer.

 

15. Can I order cancelled product again?

You can create a new order. If product which you want to buy is available in stock.

 

16. What will be with my discount voucher in case of order return or cancelling?

Discount voucher can be used again in case of return and cancelling of order which was sent you by mistake or in case of manufacturing defect. If there are not any defects and you want to cancel or return an order, unfortunately your discount voucher cannot be used again.
