The skins are imported directly from the United Kingdom and tanned in Pegia’s own tannery in Çorlu, where they are specially prepared for boot and shoe production. This process provides a smooth, durable suede upper and a plush wool lining that keeps its volume for many seasons. Natural wool fibres help to regulate temperature, keeping your feet warm in cold weather while allowing them to breathe, which supports moisture and odour control. The lanolin that is naturally present in sheepskin can help the skin feel softer and more comfortable, especially when the boots are worn barefoot.
This sheepskin boot model is engineered for cold climate conditions. Our products are not 100 percent waterproof; their main advantage is the ultra warm insulation provided by natural sheepskin. Because of the breathable and natural structure of the wool lining, we recommend that you avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain or snow in order to protect the material and extend the life of the boots.
