1. How can I make an order on Derimarket.net?

You can make an order on our website https://www.derimarket.net or via WhatsApp +90 549 670 20 25

Making orders on Derimarket.net is easy and safe procedure.

It is not needed to sign up to make orders. But becoming a member gives an opportunity to enjoy such advantages as faster ordering, delivery, canceling and return of an order. Also, site members can earn discounts and get individual special offers.

You need to complete these steps to buy goods from genuine leather and sheepskin on Derimarket.net:

1) Select the goods on Derimarket.net online-store, then add them to the cart by clicking on the “Add to cart” button over their descriptions.

2) As soon as you select all the goods you want to buy, click on the “Cart” button in the right upper part of the main page and then click on the “Go to cart” field.

You can check, whether selected well in stock from the “Select a size” field on a page with its description.

 

8. A wrong product was delivered. What can I do?

If a wrong product was delivered, you can return it back for free within 14 days. You can use your right to exchange or return.

In case of a return, we will return paid by customer funds within 14 working days after receiving back and accepting return. 9. What is shopping cart? How should I use it?

What can you do with shopping cart?

1) You can add the selected goods to the shopping cart by clicking on “Add to cart” button and continue selecting goods to order from website.

2) You can apply your discount vouchers on shopping cart.

3) You can increase or decrease the quantity of goods you would like to order.

4) If you want cancel a product while purchasing, only thing you need is just delete it from your shopping cart by clicking on “X” button.

5) You can see the total value of purchased goods including VAT and delivery cost from “Go to cart” link.

 

10. How long selected items can be kept in cart?

Selected items can be kept in cart for 10 minutes. Then they are being deleted automatically.

 

11. How can I get to know that I used my discount voucher?

You can apply a promo code, if there are any, under the total amount of payment on your shopping cart.

13. I cancelled my order. Can I get back shipment fee?

If order was cancelled before collecting by courier, shipment fee can be returned to the customer. In case of cancelling an order which has been already sent, cargo delivery fee cannot be returned.

 

14. Can I order cancelled product again?

You can make a new order, if product you want to buy is available in stock.

 

15. What will be with my discount voucher in case of order cancelling or return?

Discount voucher can be used again in case of cancelling an order which was sent with a mistake or having a manufacturer defect. If there are no defects and you want to cancel or return an order, discount voucher cannot be used anymore.

 

16. My order hasn’t been delivered but I paid for it. What can I do?

Unfortunately, we cannot help you in this case because product price has changed after making an order.
