Shipment inside Turkey

Shipment inside Turkey is made by Aras Kargo free of charge.

 

1. When will my ordered goods be sent?

Your orders will be shipped within 1-3 days. During campaign periods, the shipping time may be longer. In this case, you can check the current shipping time on the product detail page.

 

2. When will I get my order?

Delivery time depends on your location and it can take from 2 up to 12 days. Order number needed to control delivery status is being sent to the customer via SMS and e-mail.

As for orders inside Turkey, all goods from Derimarket are sent by Aras Kargo company. As usual, it is required from 1 to 3 days to deliver an order.

 

3. What is the price of goods delivery?

As usual, order delivery from online store is free.

In case of first exchange, shipment fee is paid by Derimarket. In other cases, cost of delivery for exchanged goods are paid by the customer. In case of return, shipment fee is paid by Derimarket.

 

4. Where is my cargo?

Order number needed to control delivery status is being sent to the customer via SMS and e-mail.

After logging in, click on your username in the upper right corner of the main page. In “My orders” section you can check the information about your current orders. After your order confirming and acceptance you can click “Where is my cargo” button on the main page of the website.

 

5. How will I understand that my order has been given to cargo company?

After giving an order to cargo company customer will receive his order number via SMS and e-mail. After logging in, click on your username in the upper right corner of the main page. In “My orders” section you can check the information about your current orders and find out their status.

 

6. What should I pay attention to when I receive goods?

When receiving a shipment, do not open, tear or wet the package, checking its condition for damage. If there is a problem, do not accept the delivery. In this case tell about the problem to Derimarket.net Customer support +90 850 532 33 74 and ask them to fix damages.

If there are missing quantity of goods in your package:

1). Contact cargo company and ask them to fill in a damage assessment protocol.

2). Send us a notification via e-mail [email protected].

 

7. What happens, if I will not find my order at the address of delivery?

If you will not find your order at the address of delivery, in this case it will be delivered to the nearest cargo branch and you will receive a notification.

 

8. Can I take my package from cargo branch?

You can notify with your order number that you want to take your package from cargo branch.

 

9. Can ordered in different time goods be delivered as one consignment?

Each order is treated as separate cargo. There is little doubt that completed in different time order will not be sent as one consignment.
