General information about international shipment

Cargo delivery fee depends on a country of destination, name and type of ordered goods. You can see cargo delivery fee to your region from the Cart or in the process of placing your order.

For orders which are being delivered by our partner cargo companies, international shipment to addresses outside Turkey usually takes from 2 to 12 working days.

Customers outside Turkey may use such kinds of payment methods as Credit or Debit Cards, Yandex.Money and Qiwi.

 

How does procedure of returning goods for orders placed outside Turkey work?

You can fill out a form of return and exchange, which you can find on the backside of your invoice.

To ensure a return without any problems, don’t forget to write down your cargo tracking number, which will be given you by a cargo company.

As soon as we get our goods back, we will return your payment.

 

The procedure of return

You can return purchased goods within 14 days after receiving. In this case, be sure that they were not used and invoice, original packing, box, label, brochures were preserved without any damages.
